After washing your body and hair, wet yourself with plenty of water.

What is a body scrub?
A body scrub is a body treatment that helps maintain healthy skin. By removing dead skin cells, it activates oxygenation of the tissues and makes the skin healthy and glowing. Its main benefit is to renew skin cells and keep the skin hydrated and smooth.
How long do I have to massage the hair?
After wetting and lathering your hair, massage the scalp for 1 minute using rotating and repetitive (insistent) movements, dragging them towards the center of the head. If you don't have time to do it in the shower, you can do it on dry hair in front of the television, for 1 to 2 minutes.
How long do I have to leave the mask on my hair?
This step will depend on your hair type. We normally recommend a 5 to 10 minutes exposure.
If you want an extra effect of nutrition, softness and shine, we recommend that you leave the mask on for 2 hours with your hair tied up. When removing it, do so with plenty of water until no product remains on the hair.
