GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE “akytania member club” LOYALTY PROGRAM

1. Card and discount codes for "akytania member club"

akytania has created the "akytania member club" card and discount codes to be able to provide you with offers, information about our products and news, special discounts and personalized promotions based on your tastes and purchase history (hereinafter, the "advantages" ).

The akytania member club card is governed by the general conditions included in this contract. The general conditions of the akytania member club loyalty program are also available at www.akytania.com.

2.- Advantages

The benefits of the akytania member club can be vouchers, coupons, checques or other items. Without prejudice to the special conditions that may regulate each of these elements, the following conditions apply:

2.1. They can only be used on the official website of akytania.com.

2.2. The redemption start date will be indicated. Otherwise, the purchase system will be, automatically, the one validated by the date.

23. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Members can obtain cumulative or non-cumulative deferred discounts depending on the amount of purchases or other criteria.

Different types of benefits assigned to different customer groups can coexist.

akytania can change or cancel the benefits of the program. If this is the case, the purchasing system will cancel the discounts or advantages.

3. Cancellation

akytania reserves the right to cancel the “akytania member club” loyalty program at any time.

The member or partner can unsubscribe from "akytania member club" at any time by email to hello@akytania.com

akytania can terminate a member for fraudulent use or for breach of the conditions of "akytania member club".

4.- Modification of the general conditions

akytania can modify these conditions of the "akytania member club" by updating the legal bases of the club through its legal bases.

7.- Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, according to their choice and for the resolution of conflicts, renouncing any other forum, to the courts and tribunals of the partner's domicile.
