HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If you wish to return an item purchased from akytania.com, you have 30 days from the date of shipment of your order to do so for free. Items must be sealed and in perfect condition.
You can make a return in the following ways:
- From home: log in with your username and password. From the order detail, you can request a return. A courier will pick up your package at the address you choose in 24-48 hours.
Remember to send the items you want to return within 30 days of the original shipment date, or the return period will expire.

We will send a return label to your email. To ship, show the barcode or indicate the tracking number at any MRW office.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, have to meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
- Cosmetics: must be returned in the same packaging and original conditions.
- Packs and gift boxes: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
In neither case can the seal be open.
REFUNDS
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
You will receive confirmation of the refund by email.
If more than 14 days have passed and the refund has not shown up in your account, please show the confirmation email to your bank so that they can help you to speed up the process.
