- Exchange or return: The person who receives an item purchased with a Gift Voucher will have the option to make changes or request a refund from the akytania.com customer service center.
RETURNS WITH A GIFT VOUCHER
Useful information about returns of purchases made with a Gift Voucher:
- Refund to the recipient. The refund should be requested through the akytania.com website and we will send you a credit note.
- Refund to buyer. To receive the refund in the original payment method, you need to present the purchase invoice that you will find in your customer account, or by accessing the link in the order confirmation email for purchases made as a guest.

When making a purchase at Akytania, we offer you the possibility of adding a gift box to your order. You can access this option from the shopping cart, in GIFT OPTIONS.
We will prepare your order in a special box that will be sent inside the standard packaging.
